WHAT IS
Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is a root-focused, bio-individual approach to health that honors the way your body was intentionally designed to function. Rather than chasing symptoms, it seeks to understand why your body is asking for support and how to restore balance at the foundational level.
At its core, Nutritional Therapy emphasizes nutrition and lifestyle as daily acts of stewardship, equipping you with knowledge and practical tools so you can confidently care for your body and cultivate abundant living.
By digging beneath surface concerns, Nutritional Therapy works to identify and support the underlying imbalances contributing to your symptoms. Recognizing that restoration looks different for every person and no two bodies are the same. Your history, stressors, environment, and season of life all matter. Nutritional Therapy honors the wonderful complexity of who you are, taking a whole-body view that respects your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
To support true restoration, Nutritional Therapy prioritizes:
Nutrient-dense food
Digestive health
Balanced blood sugar
Support through life’s stressors
Restorative sleep
When these foundations are strengthened, the body is better equipped to respond, repair, and flourish—often in ways that feel both gentle and profound.
The Approach
Functional wisdom, guided with intention and faith.
Your body holds valuable information. In addition to the foundations, I use gentle, personalized tools to help interpret that information and guide your care, including:
Wellness Scans (Muscle Testing) – a non-invasive way to assess stressors and priorities within the body
HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) – to evaluate mineral status and long-term patterns
GI-MAP Stool Testing – to assess gut health, microbes, and inflammation
These tools do not replace faith or intuition—they support discernment, helping us steward your health wisely and prayerfully.
Jesus is the center of all I do here. I trust that God created the body with purpose, and I approach each client with reverence, compassion, and care.
